All hotels offered for the Metstrade comply to the Health and Safety Regulations stated by the RIVM (National Institute for Public Health and the Environment).

Important notice for exhibitors:: If approached by any third party claiming to represent the organisation for hotel bookings, please refrain from engaging with them. RAI Hotel Services is the sole official accommodation partner. Any other approach should be regarded as spam.

Apply for a Schengen visa at the Dutch mission (embassy or consulate) in the country where you reside or are entitled to reside. Visa is only provided if the requirements are met. One of the requirements might be to provide a visa invitation letter.
RAI Amsterdam is able to supply this invitation letter. You will need to register as a visitor first. Your confirmation of registration will contain a link to apply for a visa invitation letter.

To request a VISA letter, you must include your company-related email address. Free email accounts like Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, and Yahoo cannot be supported and will not receive a VISA invitation letter.
